Cheesy Sausage Pasta

															INGREDIENTS:

Meat1 lb Sausage

Oils & Vinegars1 tbsp Olive oil 
- 
Produce1 tbsp Garlic ½ cup Onion 1/3 cup Scallions 1 (14 oz) canTomatoes 
- 
Dairy2 cup Cheddar-jack cheese shredded ½ cup Milk 
- 
Canned Goods2 cups Chicken broth 
- 
Pasta & Grains8 oz Pasta, dry 
- 
Baking & Spices¼ tsp Red pepper flakes ½ tsp Salt and pepper 
DIRECTIONS:
		                            		                            		                                - Place olive oil into your pan on medium heat – then add onions and sausage – cook for 5 minutes – add garlic and all seasonings – cook for 2 minutes
- Add chicken broth, tomatoes, milk, and pasta – bring mixture to a boil – lower heat and cover for 15 minutes add your shredded cheese while it is covered for the last 15 minutes. Serve and garnish
