We can custom cut and package your order, help you select lean cuts, or put together a freezer order for you.
We also carry quality fish, homemade sausages, burgers, stuffed chicken legs, cabbage rolls, sausage rolls, meat pies and stuffed peppers. Selective deli meats and homemade salads, specialty BBQ sauces and marinades, free-run eggs and other grocery items.
You’ll also find Greaves Jams, Black River Cheese, Kawartha Dairy ice cream, assorted nuts, chocolate and, of course, THE BEST PICKLES IN TOWN!
We aim to carry unique products that are healthy and interesting. You can also find some gluten-free products and nitrate-free bacon..
Chicken
Our free run, air chilled chicken is locally raised in Sharon, Ontario with no hormones or antibiotics. The quality in the chicken we supply to our customers is a difference you can taste. We offer many cuts of chicken as well as many stuffed and marinated options. Klosters also offers to specially cut or de-bone chicken to your needs on site.
Beef
At Kloster we take pride in our AAA beef. Our Beef is bred and raised to be the highest quality meat on the market. We achieved this standard by purchasing beef raised on grass pastures in prince Edward island with no hormone or antibiotics and finished on oats, barley and potatoes. We are proud to know where our beef comes from and that it is grass fed, all natural and stress free in a natural healthy environment.
Sausage
Our sausages are made in house every Tuesday. we carry a variety of different types using our own meats in all natural casings. We also carry a variety of frozen wheat free sausages also made in house.
Deli
We have a wide variety of meats in our European style deli, which are favorites of many! Also you will find we carry a variety of black river cheeses as well as many types of pepperets and mini salamis supplied from the Great Canadian Meat Company and also the Mennonites.
